Chicken Macaroni Salad
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups mayonnaise ; 250 grams macaroni; 1/2 cup minced carrot; 1 tbsp finely chopped onion; 1/3 cup pickle relish; 1cup drained and sliced pineapple tidbits; 1cup of cubed apples; 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast fillet; 2 tbsps sugar; fine salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook macaroni according to package instruction. Make sure to drain it well and set it aside in a bowl.
2. Combine the chopped vegetables, fruits and shredded chicken breast with the cooked macaroni.
3. Fold-in the mayonnaise in the bowl. Then, season with sugar, salt and pepper to taste.
4. Chill in the fridge for an hour. Serve with sliced maraschino red cherries on top.
