The Filipino Young Leaders Program (FYLPRO) announced that the three daughters of Philippine Vice President Leni Robredo are among the keynote speakers for the Filipino Young Leaders Conference on November 4 to 6, 2021.
FYLPRO is a network of next-generation leaders promotes and advances the Philippines and Filipinos through their advocacy and expertise.
Robredo’s daughters, Aika, Tricia and Jill, are “young leaders who have unique lens in public service and community building,” said the release.
The trio will be sharing insights on the importance of role models and creating a legacy during the organization’s global virtual conference.
Aika is a Harvard graduate who is currently working in a non-government organization in the Philippines that assist people in disaster-prone area through livelihood opportunities. She is also the head of the public service and governance foundation named after his late-father and politician Jesse Robredo.
Tricia is a licensed physician who currently volunteers as an attending physician for the Swab Cab program that administers COVID-19 swab tests. She also has a master’s degree in Business Administration from Ateneo School of Medicine and Public Health.
The youngest daughter Jill is attending New York University on a full scholarship to pursue a degree in biomolecular science.
The FYLPROCon is still taking pitches for panels that highlight stories that inspire the youth. Panels must be under the following topics: civic engagement, history and education, arts, sports and culture, innovation, business and technology, and personal development and health.
